NATURE AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION TRUST OF KERALA

From the misty heights of the shola forests to the vibrant coastal mangroves, Kerala is a critical hotspot for countless species, many found nowhere else on Earth. But this rich tapestry of life is under threat. We are the Nature and Wildlife Conservation Trust, and our mission is to ensure this extraordinary heritage thrives for generations to come.

Why Our Mission is Crucial

Kerala's rich biodiversity is a global treasure, yet iconic and endangered species like the Lion-tailed macaque face increasing threats from habitat loss. The survival of these magnificent creatures is a critical indicator of our ecosystem's health and underscores the urgent need for dedicated conservation efforts.

Our work is significant because we can focus on species often overlooked, such as the critically endangered Lion-tailed Macaque, the elusive Malabar Civet, the majestic Indian Bison, and the rare Nilgiri Tahr. Our independence from government or corporate sponsors allows us to act quickly, powered by a community that shares our passion for protecting Kerala's wildlife.

Their Survival Is In Your Hands

Yes, it's through your generosity that we can give a voice to the voiceless. Many of Kerala's most iconic and endangered species depend on our rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation efforts. Your gift helps us protect their natural habitats, combat poaching, and provide critical care for injured wild animals. From the smallest frog to the majestic elephant, your support is their lifeline and provides hope for their future in the wild.
